God's PLAN OF SALVATION
1. Know that God loves you
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3:16
God’s love is unconditional. Regardless of your background, age, or race,
He desires a genuine, personal relationship with you.
2. Know that all have sinned
"For all have sinned,
and come short of the glory of God."
Romans 3:23
No one is perfect. We have all broken God’s commandments.
This is called sin, and it separates us from God.
3. Know that sin HAS a price
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God
is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 6:23
The payment for sin is death — eternal separation from God in a place called Hell.
4. Know that Christ paid your debt
"But God commendeth his love toward us,
in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Romans 5:8
Jesus paid the penalty for our sin when He died on the cross and rose again.
His sacrifice makes forgiveness possible.
5. Call upon Him and be saved
"For whosoever shall call upon
the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Romans 10:13
If you confess you are a sinner, ask for forgiveness, and trust Jesus as your Savior,
He will save you and give you eternal life.
